We personally inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure that you are receiving quality merchandise, so if you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. A 50% custom order fee will be applied to all returned custom orders.
