    I am Adam Thiele, Ph.D. Besides my scientific activity I have been working as a smith since 1998. I use ΛdiThiel as a brand name for my products. The name the ArchaeoSmith explains my main activity.
    This kitchen axe can be used for cutting and slicing vegetables and fruits in the kitchen or for woodworking. It has a hard and almost razor sharp blade. The handle is burn + oiled oak wood and the head is fixed very safe on the handle with the back beard of the eye. There is a leather sheath attached which protects the sharp blade.
