The Centaur CUF-48 undercounter freezer includes two self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature that is helpful for busy kitchen workers. So it can wiped clean, this unit is made of durable stainless steel for the exterior and interior floor. For gripping, this freezer includes an attractive tabletop and black inset handle, and with zero clearance needed on the sides and back, this unit can slide right up against the wall using the included casters. Each section includes a heavy-duty wire shelf for storage.
Temperatures in the Centaur CUF-48 undercounter freezer are maintained using R404A refrigerant and monitored by a solid-state thermostat with a digital display. With a condenser that can be slid out, the refrigeration unit is accessible for speedy maintenance. Keeping temperatures at a set level between 0 and 4 degrees Fahrenheit, there is a cool air intake and hot gas refrigerant line built into the condensate pan. To prevent corrosion, the coils are coated with aluminum and copper.
