This auction is for an ‘official’ map of
Sidney-Shelby County
,
Ohio
.
It is 35” wide x 23” high and was printed by the Sidney Printing and Publishing Company and offered ‘compliments’ of Frisch’s Big Boy Restaurant which at the time was located at
1306 Wapak Road
(now at
2120 West Michigan Street
).
The two-sided map includes a list of city/county officials, Progressive Merchants and Business Firms, etc.
While the map is undated, the list of county official names indicates that this was produced in the mid to late 1960s.
It includes a black/white image of
Sidney
’s downtown.
The map shows some wear due to age, otherwise, it is in good condition.
