    Just had a question regarding the steel ball: Pretty solid and heavy.
    It is missing the set screw, the standard threads are clean (unknown size) although they do have some kind of old contact cement. A simple TAP in the threads will clear that stuff.
    Added photos. The ball is round but could use a good professional smoothing.
